Created by senior Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity executives. Training program to teach the full buy-side (acquire, invest) transaction process while providing deep insights to the sell-side (sell, divest) and capital raising.

Our Roots

We have worked as executives and deal leaders for global investment banks, private equity investment funds, law firms and Fortune 500 corporations, focused on mergers & acquisitions, private equity and strategic investments.
